Rani Arbo and her unique string band create “daisy mayhem”, gleefully sharing an irresistible chemistry and performing an exuberant mix of musical idioms, including country blues, vintage swing, modern songwriter fare, and Appalachian fiddle tunes and songs. Instruments include guitar, stand-up bass, banjo and percussion, among others. Their sublime lead singing, great harmonies, sparkling original songs, and deep repertoire span 200 years of American music, celebrating both tradition and improvisation.
